This time we have a traditional Chinese dessert, the Split Peas Pudding.

We need to have some yellow split peas for this pudding, you may also replace the split pea by red beans. For red beans, you have to save 4 cups of boiled water after you boiled the red beans until they get to soften. This boiled water is used to replace the four cups of water mentioned in the ingredients. This pudding is usually served in cold. Therefore, we always prepare the pudding 1 to 2 days before your party.

We may cut the pudding into small cubes and decorate with some beautiful picks after chilled. It will add some colors to your party and a perfect ending to your menu, especially the kids.

(15 slice pieces serving)

Ingredients:

20 oz yellow split peas

3 oz cornstarch

1 cup coconut milk

6 oz fresh milk

1/2 oz agar

4 cups water

5 oz sugar

Method:

1. Rinse your mould with cold water.

2. Simmer yellow split peas until the peas soft. Rinse and drain.

3. Mix cornstarch with coconut milk and fresh milk.

4. Dissolve agar in four cups boiling water, drain, and stir in sugar and milk solution. When thicken, add yellow split peas and stir it well.

5. Pour mixture in your mould, cool and chill.

6. Cut into thick pieces, best to serve cold.

You may consider using some kinds of cartoon pudding moulds, candy moulds or ice making moulds. The pudding will come out more beautiful, and your guest will have more fun.

My Baby Kit Experience

Being a parent is definitely hard, being a new parent is probably harder. I am constantly searching the Internet to find out information on what the **** is up with my kids. Of course my precious angel is the best in the world until he wants something, really really bad. Or if I dine with my wife and he starts crying and not eating and starts to throw a tantrum. My point is that whether you're a veteran or brand new parent, you are going to go through some things with your child. The important thing is that we know how to handle it.

Of course parental instinct comes in with certain things but whether you'd like to admit it, we all may need help once in a while.

So as I'm browsing the Internet, looking for information on what to do in certain situations with my child, I GOT TIRED! Yes, I got tired of looking on ten million different sites for scattered information, confusing layouts, hard to read guides, I just didn't want to do it anymore.

I ended up going to a friend who has been a parent for quite some time who put me onto something. The Baby Tutor Kit! "What the hell is that?" was my initial response. A chuckle and and a laugh later he showed me the site and the kit on his computer. OK, now I'll admit, a baby tutor kit, c'mon, I don't need a kit to raise my kid, BUT, after he showed it to me, I have to say my skepticism died down a bit.

First, the kit. The text was so easy to read, not tiny like you get in some sites where you squint the whole time, but big font letters. There were lots of different topics too. How to do... What to eat after pregnancy (for the wife obviously), healthy baby food, DINING OUT WITH YOUR CHILD (that one especially stood out for me). And the information was actually kind of interesting, I specifically remember the one about baby sleep, where its not called REM sleep it's active and not active, etc... All in all good stuff. Everything that I was looking for ALL Over the Internet was conveniently packed in this one packet, I loved it.

Next was the site; nice, clean, and also easy to read and find what your looking for. It's not the biggest site in the world but that's what I liked about it, I didn't have to muddle through pages and pages of content to find something. Plus there were articles on the site already that helped out too. It had a little bit of a girl feel to it but that didn't matter.

Here's the best part, I mentioned tantrum before because my kid sometimes goes a little... you know, and the site didn't have anything on it about tantrums, major turn off. I wasn't about to go all over the Internet to start doing searches for that information, I grew tired of that already. Instead, I emailed them through the contact form. "Hey, my kid has tantrums, there's no info...blah blah". I get an email about an hour later, "Hello sir, sorry there's no info, we just updated our site and added that information to help you..." I can't remember exactly but I checked the site and BAM!! A new article on Children Tantrums, talk about feeling special.

I don't know if they did that just for me but I though it was pretty cool. They also offered me a custom design because there starting a shop where you can order hats, shirts, stickers, etc and put your baby on it, I liked that too. It's not up yet but they made me a design that I can use when it does go up, and it was FREE!! (The design is my wallpaper now.) Like I said, I don't know if they do that for everyone but, thank you.

I finally found a site with all the information I need in ONE PLACE. I bought the tutor kit from them. Yeah, I know, my friend had it and I could have just had him send it to me but what can I say, I was treated like a king, it was the least I could do.

P.S. There are other knock off sites that sell a "baby tutor kit", but what they sell is in the article section of the .info site anyway. Besides, I liked this site better.

Bike has had extensive updates. gAbout the only thing that I think is missing is this update. Is there an easy way to find out?

air cleaner and pipes don't answer it, any schmoe can buy an air cleaner and pipes off ebay and stick them on, it's the jets in the carb that make it a staged bike.
you need to measure the jets, if you aren't familiar how, then it may not be your cup of tea to tie into without instructions, really, all you need is to try using drill bits as a simple rod that you see if it goes in or not, a bigger rod fits into bigger jets though I couldn't tell you which jet should be which sized drill bit.
on the flip side, you can buy a stage 1 jet kit for that bike off ebay for like $20 bucks and it will have easy how to instructions, even if it was already done and you change the jets without realizing they'd been changed... what are you out? $20 bucks? a dealer will charge you more just to check them for you
