Superchips Flashpaq Tuner on a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 V8 Hemi?

I have a Superchips Flashpaq installed on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7l V8. I was wondering if I set the vehicle back to stock, could I sell the Flashpaq to someone else and install it on their vehicle.
