95 f250 7.3 L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel?

My u-joint on the rear axle broke a few days ago. When this occured the "Water In Fuel" light lit up on the dash. I've fixed the U-joint early today and the light is still on. Suggestions or Ideas?

Drain the fuel bowl. I highly doubt it has anything to do with the driveshaft.
